• Families actively engaged in family support

• Families in active family support completing a goal

• Adults in active family support completing a goal

• Families in active family support who have completed a goal related to housing stability

• Households with a decrease in risk score since baseline

• Households with a risk score higher than 100

INCOME & EMPLOYMENT

Through intense family support and strategic partnerships, we seek to follow the changes for families actively in case management for the following items:

• Employment rate among able-bodied adults (18 to 64)

• Average household income

• Average earned household income (this excludes households with $0 earned income)

EDUCATION

Through intense family support and strategic partnerships, we seek to follow the changes for the following items:

• Children age 0-5 enrolled in an early learning program

• Children and youth engaged in enrichment programs

HEALTH

Through intense family support and strategic partnerships, we seek to follow the changes for the following items:
